Combining a full steel body with a hand-worked aluminium resonator cone, the electro-acoustic Gretsch G9221 Bobtail Round-Neck resonator guitar boasts a powerfully projected voice framed by razor-sharp brightness. Armed with a Fishman Nashville pickup, this model can be jacked into an amplifier to spit a unique dobro-style sound of its own - perfect for blues and open-tuned slide guitar techniques. Eye as well as ear-candy, the Gretsch G9221 Bobtail has been finished with a padauk fretboard and a vintage-vibe, pearloid-coated 1930s Gretsch headstock.
